Deck is an app that adds an element similar to a “dock” (a side bar with options) on your iPhone, with the option to open it whenever you want, wherever you are, like tray notifications that pulls the top of the screen.
You can configure how to display Deck (scroll to the side, etc.) and management options to display in the bar. Features are many: managing the device (turn off, reboot, etc.), activation of Siri, launch the camera, writing a quick message … the big plus, in my opinion, is the presence of options to adjust settings such as enabling Bluetooth or WiFi.
